The Holy Trinity Day School, a mission of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, is a Pre-K and Kindergarten program that runs from 8:00–11:45 five days a week.

Holy Trinity Day School was founded in 1967 by Abbie Woodson, wife of the former Holy Trinity priest, the Reverend James Woodson, to accommodate a growing need for kindergarten facilities in the city of Auburn. The following year, the school would add a Pre-k program. As public kindergarten became available, the day school thrived by offering a half-day alternative. The day school continues operate as a ministry of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church to the children and families of Auburn and surrounding communities.
